Allied Blacktop Company was established in 1954 and is owned and operated by Dan Smith and Pete Capistrant. Their goal is to make Allied the best it can be by continually adding new services, state of the art equipment and high quality people. Today, Allied Blacktop has over 100 employees and serves all of Minnesota as well as providing chip seal services nationwide.

Allied’s’ comprehensive line of asphalt services increase and extend the value of commercial and residential properties, large industrial complexes, residential driveways, town home association properties, and projects for city, state, and federal municipalities.

We fill positions for our various project crews from February through August. Allied’s crews excel in teamwork, safety, and communication.

Prerequisites for ALL positions include a clean driving record and verifiable work references. Prior experience in the industry is a plus.

A Class ‘A’ or ‘B’ Commercial Drivers License is mandatory for those interested in driving or operating positions. A willingness to assist in labor duties is also required.
